  Pre-sale service was excellent, but once they got a down payment things went south pretty quickly. The roof looks OK, but they were several months late in starting the project. When they did, we told them to install snow guards. They did not. After the first big snowfall we lost several hundred dollars worth of landscaping that was destroyed by heavy snow falling off the roof. There was also a small leak in one of the gutters. When we asked them to come out and install the snow guards and fix the leaky gutter, they did, but charged us $250 for a service call...on something they were supposed to do in the first place...and they still didn't fix the leaky gutter! I asked them to waive the service fee, but they refused. I would NOT recommend these guys.
